I'm, new here, looking to read and share great ideas.

I'm currently studying and doing a research paper and been struggling to get the required number of participants.
Would anyone meeting the requirements below please assist me in gathering these data.

I am required to collect useful data regarding the level of awareness of Medical Identity Theft in South Africa.
You will have to be a current or previously a member of a Medical Aid; and
over 18 years old.
Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary and all of your responses will be kept confidential.
No personally identifiable information will be associated with your responses to any reports of these data.
