Passport Renewal - which Home Affairs branch?

I have completed the Home Affairs online application for the renewal of my passport, and I have made payment as well.

Now I need to visit Home Affairs to have my biometrics done.

I am based in Durban, and I drove past the Home Affairs office in Umgeni Road, Durban and was shocked by the long lines waiting to get into the building!

I believe there is another Home Affairs office in Pinetown and one in Durban central - will they be as busy as the Umgeni Road office? I really am not in the mood to waste most of my day standing in lines, but if one of the offices is better than the others...

i have been to the one in Commercial road---trying going around 1:30 to 2pm----finding paring is a bit of a schlep but u would find one close by.
