Free online Credible Computer Science Courses

Hi Colleagues

I want to enhance my skills by equipping myself with in-depth computer skills such as programming and web designs
which i think will assist me in the work I do.
I have come across some websites that claim to offer free online courses but then down the line you have to pay
a lot of money and when looking at reviews a lot of them don't seem to be getting the nod from the public.
I am prepared invest some minimum funds but i need to ensure that I will be getting some quality that will
assist me along my educational journey. Anyone with some advises?

Use Youtube for beginning, there are tons for free tutorial videos on youtube to start learning computer science and any programing languages.

I can recommend something like W3Schools.com except the Youtube, I learned here and then passed some solid exams in some other places after that really. How does that sound here ? Youtube for sure is full of it, but I prefer online book format for that.
