Where to get old building plans?

Hi Everyone

I was hoping someone could assist me.

I need a copy of our sectional title houses building plans for the Body Corporate.

Does anyone one know here I need to go the property is located in Pietermaritzburg KwaZulu Natal.

Not 100% sure, I believe the deeds office also holds a copy of the sectional titles registered plans...
