How long does marijuana stay in your system ?

So a bit of info. I'm 21 and about 110kg. I use weed about once once every month or two. Curious as to how long it would last in my system if anyone knows, as I have a medical exam coming up for work. I last smoked on 16/09/2017 before that, I smoked around both 11/08/2017 and 28/07/2017 (just to give a bit of a more smoking history). Other than those dates, the last time was probably around April/May 2017. I've read that if you smoke once a day or once a week it can take up to 3 months for the drug to work it's way out of the system and about a week if you rarely smoke. Given my stated characteristics, would anyone be able to information on how long it would take for the drug to work itself out of my system or ways to prevent it showing on the test (Which is most probably a urine test)

You should be able to buy a standard drug test kit from most pharmacies.

it stays in your system for up to 3mnths. disipates quicker when you drink abt 2 glasses of milk a day. I'm a 6yr sober addict. did my research
