    Franke Geyser Leaking

    I bought a 150 litres Franke geyser two years ago on 16 May 2015 in Lenasia at New Anchor Hardware. Last month it started leaking and it still has a warranty of 10 years according to what is written on it.

    What should I do in this instance, do I have to go to the hardware I bought it from or call a manufacture which in this instance is Franke?

      From my experience with another manufacturer, you have to contact the manufacturer directly.
