I would like to know how many people / companies have the need to do criminal checks etc on their employees ? The legal way of doing it in this country now is by fingerprints. We have always outsourced this, but I am now wanting to get the system and broaden the use of it to offer the service to other recruitment agencies and companies. Any feedback would be appreciated.
