When I can I do them. It's a good way to start a Saturday and although it's not competitive, you can push yourself by keeping up with others.
I enjoy it and it is well organised.

We are going to miss it this weekend.

Usually do the Roodepoort one, but did Alberts Farm and Naval hill as well. Alberts farm is the most difficult so far, with Naval hill the easiest.

We did the SlowMag Beat the Slump race yesterday. Our time was a bit slower than usual, but when I checked the route it seems that the route was 5.5km and not 5km, which will bring our min/km in line with our average.

          Anyone else did this run?

            Hi Werner
            I walked the 10K race in 1:24.
I would suggest you download endomondo on your smartphone. The free version works fine and you can even get a map afterwards of your route.

I run with shorts with pockets, but don't like things swinging around in my pockets when I run.
