Anyone got a British passport who has parents that were born in SA, but their parents (i.e. your grandparents) where born in the UK ?

My parents were born in Zim and Uganda,still British colonies back then.My grandfather was born in the UK.I did not qualify for a passport but I was able to get an ancestal visa for 4 years and could have got citizenship a year after that.
They have tightened up the laws and requirements.Best to go through an agency in the know. -
I'd second Rory's advice about an agency or UK immigration adviser, they change the rules frequently so unless someone specifically has a very recent experience you're likely to get out of date info._______________________________________________
