    Commissioner of Oaths Zimbabwe/SA

Can someone please advise - I need some documents signed by a zimbabwe citizen living in harare - the docs need to be stamped by a commissioner of oaths in zimbabwe. The docs are for selling a property I have co-owned by a zimbabweain uncle.
I have been told here that only a sa commissioner of oaths i.e. the embassy can do it up there ...
Is this true ? The reason for the question is that if this is the fact, the problem is seeing someone at the embassy is a long process with a long queu ?

Thanks Anthony , but I have been told that a Notary cannot do it. These are South African papers of a property in SA .
It has to be done by a South African Commissioner of Oaths .... therefore the embassy ?

Strange, a notarised document is more valid than a commissioner of oaths

Regularly trumped by a paper pusher who doesn't understand what he/she is looking at, unfortunately.
