My group and I are from the Netherlands and for our university we are planning a cross-media campaign.
In line with our research, we are looking for parents who could help us out by filling in this questionnaire:

The whole campaign is fictional! It΄s a school assignment; we will develop a new productline for kids between 4 and 12 years old, consisting of easy to make, healthy breakfast/lunch/dinner. We have to create a cross media campaign (a website with other media) for both the Netherlands and South Africa.

Once again, it is all fictional (to a certain extent!); we won't actually launch this product on the market. Also, all data will be treated anonymously!

You might want to try using Surveymonkey for the survey - much better chance of getting completed surveys than if people have to type answers into a post.

Then you'd use social media to promote the survey.
Typically you'd also include an optional "give us your email address and we'll send you a copy of the results" option at the end for a bit of list building too.
