I have a few domains I would like to move over to them but I did some searching & on MyBroadband there are negative reviews about a guy called Jason who apparently runs the company?
Also, there's no contact number on their site. I definitely want a contact number for my provider if things go pear shaped. Do you perhaps have a contact number for them?
I researched them too before moving over and honestly didn't find any bad reviews - in fact on Hello Peter they have 17 posts - ALL positive, which is amazing in this day and age.
All my contact has been via email, I don't have a phone number for them though. But I say is that all my emails are responded to quickly and efficiently and i can honestly say I have had nothing but great service this far.
Well worth considering in my book.
