what an awesome day i had...i couldnt have asked for a better day...all us together yesterday...dad...grandad and great grandad.

i realised something yesterday...if i want to see all the little ones grow up i need to make sure i look after my health...

my wife read and article from weighless...so true " Your body is the baggage you must carry through life. The heavier the baggage, the shorter the trip."

i have managed to load on an addtional 20 kg and all the other blood clogging juices that come with it...so from tomorrow morning 4.45 am i will be back into my routine...starting with a 5 km walk.

i watched my dad yesterday at over 80 still going strong...enjoying ever minute with his children...grandchildren and now great grandchildren...what is his secret...walking in Godliness...walking to keep fit.
