Easyfiling, not really so easy

Has anyone else had trouble using Easyfile? I've been trying to help our new bookkeeper get the software working to print IRP5s but what a mission! Had to do 2 re-installs so far and apparently we still don't have the right version - another update to install today. We've had to update Adobe several times too, so far all in vain.

Trouble is SARS keeps upgrading it

You really get the feeling you need to do the works in one sitting because if you come back the next day they'll have upgraded it again

I suppose I'd better warn you - There's quite a lag when it comes to generating the first pdf document. You could wait 30 seconds easily.

It does run faster for the next document.
