Problem submitting EMP201 on eFiling

Can Someone pelase help? I've been trying for days to submit a EMP201 via sars efiling and the "submit file" button is gone! It used to be next to the "Save File" button at the top of the relevant return but for some reason its not there.
I've tried logging on via Google Chrome and Internet Explorer as I was once told by the efiling help desk that SARS efiling doesn really correspond well with google chrome.
I've tried contacting them via email but the efilingassist@sars.gov.za address is not recognised by my gmail account? I have no idea why this is happening as I have previously emailed them on that address and got a reply. Suppose I'll have to phone the help line and hope for the best.
I just found this site on google and thought I'd give it a go.
Please let me know if anyone has any idea how to submit forms via efiling in another way then.

Hi Deanna,

It's the "File" button next to the "Save Online" button at the top of the form.



If both buttons are missing then you've probably filed the return. Check the returns history to make sure.

Yip, it can only be submitted once, and another common mistake is that if you have downloaded the document(saved it) and then completed it "offline" it will not have the "submit" button neither.
