    Notify SARS for change in ownership

    Hi Guys.

    Any idea what needs to be done to let SARS know of the change in ownership of a CC?
    Do I need to go there in person, or can I just send a letter ... or is there a form to fill in ... I can't find useful info on the sars website.

      what did u do to change ownership?
      please give me a detailed but simple explanation
      i want transfer my cc from my name to sisters name
      im 100% owner and so will she be.

              There is. You should complete an IT 77 C form and hand it in.
