Anybody know a way to quicken the process of getting our company VAT Refund from SARS. We have two refunds from last year and this year. Thanks in advance.

You wait and wait. 12 months is normal. -
If you belong to an RCB (Recognised Controlling Body) give them the details including case numbers, dates on which you phoned to ask for the refund, names of SARS employees you spoke to and what they said.
I've had some success doing that but, if it's a large refund, Andromeda's answer is on the money.Comment
