2021 CSV Payroll file

Hi everyone my name is Rica, started a new business a while ago, trying to make sure i comply with everything. I downloaded easyfile but im struggling with the payroll file. I'm not on sage, since we're a starter up company so we using a simple payroll system. Can anyone give me the template of what the 2021 payroll file should contain?

Hi Rica,

May I suggest that if your payroll system does not have a facility built in to generate a file to import into e@syFile, that you consider capturing the employee and IRP5/3(a) data manually in e@syFile. The viability of going this route is dependent on the number of employees, of course. However, there is less likelihood of technical difficulties or an unintended data error going the manual input route rather than manually building a csv.

Just a thought for you to consider.

Thanx so much for the advice, I'll generate the IRP5's manually as we don't have that many employees at the moment, so it shouldn't take me too long. I was under the impression that you only have 1 option & thats through uploading the payroll files on the easyfile system.
