e@syfile not generating certificates

    e@syfile not generating certificates

    I did my EMP501 reconciliation this morning on e@syfile v7.1.0 and all went well with the submission until I requested the IRP5/IT3a certificates to be exported to my computer.

    Although no error was generated there seems to be a problem with this action.

    Luckily I had printed a copy of the EMP501 to pdf for my records and am able to generate certificates from the payroll (if needed).

    Has anyone else experienced this hassle this year?

      Mike I have the same issue. It goes through the motion ... but zip.

          The solution was to reinstall easyfile. Not update; a reinstall.

              Hi Andromeda - Thank you for that. Was not too sure whether I had to uninstall the present version, but went ahead and installed over it. All working now.

                      For what it may be worth, I did not have to reinstall, but managed to generate the certificates via Utilities>Generate IRP5 / IT3(a) PDF's
                      Participation is voluntary.
