TERS how to Personally get my money back from dept labour by going in

Hi there, our company's TERS funds were all paid out except for mine. All declarations sent, tax even filed, what must I take with me to prove everything, payslips, UI19's, what department, if any specific one. We resend requests daily that are flat out ignored. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Given that the other claimants have been processed, you should be able to access a report on why your claim has been declined.

Log into the UIF TERS claims site.
Go to the Payment Breakdown Report.
    Select the period in question.
You now can select the Successful or the Declined Payment Report.

    Select the declined payment report.
This should contain a reason why payment has been declined for the unpaid employees.

Once you know the reason, your chances improve on identifying the next steps required to resolve the problem.
    Participation is voluntary.

Thanks Dave, the reason is, and has been for the last two months, that the bank branch code of the company is invalid, yet all the other staffs money was paid into the exact same account. UIF declarations, proof of account, proof of payouts for others for months in question resent almost daily, calls get you pushed to pillar and post, consultants don't give their name, instead say, 'What is the question you have Ma'am', and when they hit a roadblock and don't have the answers, just hang up on you. So I think I will print everything possible and go physically sit at the department of labour, which may not help either, but is my last shot, as the months drag, it will become less of a priority to them.
