[Question] Personal Service Provider Company Tax

Hi All, 2 directors of startup Pty A, does laboratory + chem engineering work + consulting + development for company, B. Directors of A work on site of Company B (no supervision comes and goes as needed). Directors of A also does reporting work at home office of A for company B. Company A also does work for Company C - Company B has shares in Company C. As Company A is a new startup company - more than 80% of income is coming from Company B. Talks of a joint venture company between A & B are on the way to develop and provide service to Company C. There are no other permanent employees at Company A. Is this full blown PSP for tax purposes ? Any advice or comments on how I should go about ? My first time dealing with such a company. Thanks!

Is there a compelling reason why it is not a PSP?

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it is probably a duck (unless there is clear evidence to suggest otherwise).
