how does one draft the letter or any specimen for the letter to SARS for the notice of personal liability. I had a company which stopped operating after SARS got a provisional sequestration order against it in 2010. over the years i have been in different offices of SARS trying to resolve the matter. i recently received a letter indicating that i must motivate why SARS should not consider personal liability meaning that the company debt against SARS be made against me personally.
