[Question] EasyFile Help

Hello forum members

Im unable to submit my EMP501 declaration via easyfile and i am at my wits end. I have checked and rechecked all the data ,i read the manual on submissions and followed the instructions step by step to no avail. There is no error message so i am not sure what to do now. Can you please advise.

Hi Nola - at what point in the process does the problem occur?

After clicking the submit button. It is supposed to take me to efiling login but that does not happen.

Hi Nola. First a few basic things to check.

Are you running the latest E@syfille 6.9.6?
Do you have a green square next to the words "Connection Status" at the bottom left of your e@syfile screen?
Are you able to log into your eFiling normally? (Interestingly eFiling does not have a problem if you have "&" in your password but e@syfile does!)
Are you running the latest Adobe Air?

Yes its Easyfile 6.9.6 and the connection status is green.Adobe Air is up to date and i can log on normally to efiling. My password does not have that character.

The only other thing that I can think of then is that you need a specific version of Java.

The browser was the problem. I had to reinstall java on internet explorer first. Thanks so much for your feedback. it really helped.
