I was aReceiver of Revenue/Taxation Officer in the Government Service and on exit registered as Tax Practitioner until the requirement came to be registered with a recognised proffessional body.I then practsed as Tax Pprepare in respect of individuals and representative in respect of Companies but have now come to understand that I may not charge a fee in respect of individuals.Is this provision of the. Tax Administration Act.If not,what is the enabling provision?
