[Question] PAYE and VAT Registration

Hi,

I have a client who wants me to register PAYE and VAT for him at SARS. I am unsure as to how am I suppose to carry this task out since I am not the Authorised representitive for his company. I have heard about signing power of attorney form, but I am still not clear. Anyone to clarify this for me and maybe list the documents I need for such a task?

For VAT:
If you are a tax practitioner, use this poa form and this form

If you are not a practitioner, then use this form

For PAYE:
PAYE registration you can do in efiling.
