ETI - Who does this apply to?

I need help - is ETI only meant to be claimed on Learnerships or does it apply to EVERYONE on your payroll, age dependant?

It certainly does not apply only to learnerships, but applies to anyone who meets the criteria.

Thank You, this was very helpful - I didn't find this one on the Internet... One last things, ETI has never been claimed at the company I work for. How far back can I claim or would this be forfeited after a period of time? IF there is a way I can possibly claim, I would like to reconcile the payroll to get as much of a rebate as possible.
