Good day. Is anyone having problems with EMP501 submissions via easyfile where a technical error occurs after installing adobe air?

Hi, I am having the same problem, the exact same error message. I will try calling the SARS contact centre on Monday if the problem persists.

I tried again today and the system was fine.

This seems to be an intermittent problem as I am able to process after a few attempts or I just try later and it goes through.
