I am struggling to grasp the concept of claiming input VAT on Second Hand goods bought from non VAT Vendors! My questions are:
1. How can you claim VAT if you are not being charged VAT?
2. What is considered as a non-taxable supply?
3. What is considered as a taxable supply?
Why does VAT have to be so confusing!!!!
