[Opinion] Vat refund at last

My Struggle with SARS , on 1/08/1016 my vat return resulted in a R53000 vat refund , After much phoning for my refund I was then selected for a lengthy audit . The result was the same . Then it was bank details to verify at a Sars branch . Then it was total silence when I contacted them for my money , No one knows anything but will upscale my query again and again . I got the impression they just wanted me to go AWAY and not keep phoning for my refund . I filed a complaint and I could not believe it , I received it today .So it took from 1/08/2016 till 23/03/2017 . What a NIGHTMARE. Frad

It seems, according to the ever ubiquitous Pravin, some R19b in refunds is presently unpaid.
