Override transfer on Efiling

Hi members I need assistance on the requesting override code on Efiling. I requested tax types and the person is not releasing now it shows that is cancelled. What need to be done now. Please assist so urgent.

You cannot obtain an override; SARS must provide it and they usually do so eventually

Did you manage find a solution to the above. I am stuck in the similar situation. My requests are being cancelled continuously.
Sars are escalating this problem for the past year, and no joy. I even tried opening a new profile.
Please advise.
