I conducted my e filing last week Tuesday and there was a refund of around R6600 according to ITE34 but they needed my book for traveling scanned and also did it on theirs and then submitted. Then the second ITE34 said 0.00 is due to me. I immediately contacted the agencies through the call Centre and they contradicted themselves citing that they don't see a zero others said there's a refund due the nightmare went on. Thus far nothing happened and I have no idea what's happening. I demand full accounting why my refund has been reduced to R0.00 unless of course it is cumulative still however I need descency and respectful accountability on their part.

@Mkhumbi, The second assessment that you saw purely showed what the difference was between the original assessment and the new assessment.
If you request a statement of account, you will see that the amount is still due to you.

Absolutely correct @dellatjie, they correctly processed accordingly. Apologies for harmful words to the institution as the agencies were confused or couldn't quite correctly clarify the equivalent. RegardsComment
