Company Letterhead Requirements

I need to apply for an Exporters code with SARS and that will require special resolutions on a company letterhead.

Our registered address is different from our physical address.

Which should go on the letterhead? I'm guessing registered but dont want to get it wrong and have to go back.

I vaguely recall some recent legislation where your registered address was now supposed to be your main place of business and you could no longer use your auditors address for example. I cannot provide reference for this though.

If this is true, you should probably use the address of your main place of business (physical address) - unless someone else provides more learned advice.

I suppose the safest is to have both.

One one side "Registered Address" and on the other side "Physical Address"
