Unable to view "calculation" or "dispute" - e-filing

After completing my tax return I click on "calculate" and get a message stating that I need a newer version of Adobe Reader.
The link took me to Adobe.com where I downloaded then installed the latest version.
Returning to the e-filing page I still got the same message that my version is outdated.
I also got a "dispute" notice and to view the dispute it again stated that I needed a newer version of Adobe Reader.
Is there any way around this problem?

Yip, that is SARS best kept secret. I shout at them every year as to why of why they do not say so on their login page (to use Explorer). If you call in some tell you the secret, others do not even know it themselves...
