Adding organisations to my eFiling profile

    Hi,

I now have a personal (individual) profile on eFiling as well as a profile for one of our organisations. How do I add additional organisations to my "business" profile? I can't see how to do this in eFiling.

In order to add additional organisations, you will need a Tax Practitioner E-filing profile. Don't think the personal ones can do that?

As far as I'm aware you dont need to register as a tax practitioner in order to file returns on behalf of your organisations. I've already created a profile for one organisation, separate from my individual profile - I now need to add additional organisations to that profile.

I am not sure that you can combine Organisational Profiles with Individual Profiles but I may be wrong on this.

On the existing business profile, click on Organisations on the top ribbon.
Then on the menu system, click Organisations, the Add New

Thanks Clive - thats exactly what I'm trying to do except for some reason on the menu system I only have 3 options around changing organisation details and two others and no option to Add New. Very strange and I'm not sure why it looks like that or how to fix it.

I can only imagine the Rights Groups thingy has not been done.

Again select Organisations at the top, then under Rights Groups, select Manage Groups and work through that.
Then select Organisation Setup and work through that.

If it doesn't help, only hope is to phone the call centre
