[Question] Input VAT question

Hi there,

Am I correcting in saying that a company who is registered for VAT is able to claim qualifying input VAT's(from supplier documents) to a maximum period of 5 years after the purchase date?
The company has been registered for VAT for 10 years already.

Yes Roger15, you are correct. I do not have the exact section of the Act with me right now, but I looked it up last week.
