Seems SARS is advertising that due to the fact that the month end of March falls on a public holiday and a a weekend, that all payments, including eFiling must be in SARS account before 16H00 on Thursday the 28Th of March 2013.
SME's who have set up automatic payments on the last day of the month, must move the scheduled payment to the 28th, or they will be regarded as late payments, attracting penalties and interest.
