Easyfile - losing data after merge request... any suggestions?

Hello fellow strugglers...

Could someone please help. We have attempted to merge data on Easyfile and then the error message appeared "Data Conversion Error"... and ... we lost all previoulsy submitted data (surprise, surprise), BUT the merge was successful...

Any ideas as to where the previously submitted data could be?

Hi Christel - I remember reading somewhere that if you do a merge then you will lose all the historical data. From the merge onwards it should be ok.
