easyfile-employer IRP5/IT3 certificate- what does "their status have been reset" mean

I was looking for a way to save IRP5/IT3 certificates so clicked "save certificate" and got a message along the lines of "...if this employee has certificates that have been submitted their status have been reset" (see attached images). Now certificates that used to be "submitted" are now "created". Disregarding the the fact that the grammar of the message seems somewhat unusual/dodgy, what does this mean? All i wanted to do was save the certifictes as pdf's on the computer.

Hello, I'm not sure myself, but it has happend to me too.. and I just ignored it.
My take is that if you need to re-submit your EMP501, then you would do it, but just changing the status of a certificate should not pull thru to SARS when you synchronize... (but then again, with SARS all things are possible! - for them in any case.)
always fear when Christel is near....
