[Question] Summary cancellation of gym contract

    Good day

I joined up with a national chain of gyms last year. This year i transferred my membership package to another branch.
    1. They charged me a higher membership fee, not worried about that.
    2. The contract was a transfer of the membership and had 14 months to run.
and was on the signed membership transfer agreement.

What right under the NCA does the gym have to summarily cancel my membership because:
    1. The contract was "incorrectly" completed and was accepted by the gym
    2. The second reason was that the membership fees has also gone up

What are my rights in this case?
    What recourse do i have

Unless I'm missing the point, I doubt the NCA has much to do with the issue at all. Sounds more like something that falls under contract law.
    Participation is voluntary.

I'm also struggling to understand the problem. As I see it, the gym has cancelled the contract. Normally the problem is that the gym won't cancel the contract.

Do you wish to rather continue with the contract for the remaining 14 months? SAre the terms of this deal that much better then simply signing up for a new one?
