Letter of Demands

Hi ,


Its being a while.... I have a quick question with regards to sending out a Final Letter of demand , does the letter need to be sent via registered mail.
Normally these letters are forwarded to our subscriber domicile address that we have captured on our data base. Are we obilgated to keep track as to whether these letter are recieved by our debtors if not are we able to proceed with writing these accounts of and instititute a listing against the subscriber payment profile

I do think that you need some form of "acceptance" from the debtors, since they may very easily deny such a letter
