I've been placed under debt review during the application phase
I seemed to have been put under debt review during the application phase. I withdrew from debt review before the 17.1 form was sent yet it seems like I have been placed under debt review on my credit report. I haven't signed any other form except the application form (Form 16).
What can I do to completely get this removed from my name?
