    [Question] Rules re employing a foreign person?

    Hello, I would like to know if there is any "rules" etc regarding a farmer that wants to employ a manager that is from Swaziland. Any specifics he must do, documents that must be in place?

      He needs a work permit.
      If he is an asylum seeker or a recognized refugee, then you need not apply for a work permit, it flows naturally form the asylum seeker/refugee permit.
