    Casual employee resign

    Hi,

i am a casual employee who is working on a 3 month contract, this position is found by an agency.
in the contract there is a term of 1 month notice before resign, but now i need to resign in very short time, will i be sued by the company?
    What should i do?

    Many thanks!

They could but it is highly unlikely

Thanks so much ,told the company will leave next week, hope they can agree with me.
If they won't, but sue me, what damage they will claim from me? the cost of replacement of my position?

If they mention 1 month notice before resign in their contract so they have right to sued on you. but if your reason of resign is something important so maybe they will not claim on you for any cost.
