not complying with ccma settlement agreement

I took my boss to the ccma, we settled, he has to pay me an award, he had to sign my apprentice hour sheets, and he had to issue me with an employment certificate by the 10 june (yesterday) I have not received my employment certificate, or heard anything. I emailed my ex boss, aswell has his rep about an hour ago.

I'm also becoming nervous that he is not going to pay me my award either, he is to pay me half by the end of this month, and the otherhalf by the end of next month but I suppose I cant worry about that until the 1st of July comes.

Anyway, I dont hear anything from him, how long until I can do something about it? What can I do about it?

He is technically in breach of the settlement agreement.
I would suggest giving him till Monday - incase it has slipt his mind(sure), then email a friendly reminder. Failing payment by the close of business on Tuesday, you will need to decide on the next step.
