Has anyone been able to access ufiling, I've been trying since last Friday, but I cannot access the site. does anyone know what's happening with the site, or when will it be up & running again?

The interesting part of that announcement is the word "new", as in -

The court issued an interim interdict preventing with immediate effect, the new service provider from rendering services for the UIF online portal.

Thank you for all the responses. According to the Dept of Labour, we now have to complete manual forms and submit to them - how does one regress from an online system to a manual one? I feel sorry for the people who need to claim from UIF, very frustrating!

Does anyone know if a new service provider has been appointed and if people can claim on line for UIF again

I see uFiling is back to giving HTTP 404 Not Found errors.

I have submitted all my UIF forms via email but have been told that they will not accept them and that I have to go in to their office. Surely our Department of labour can do bett er than this. We make every attempt to comply to the law but they make it ultra difficult.

I had to hit refresh about 10 times on the 404 error screen before finally being able to log in yesterday. From there I could get as far as the declarations management screen, but it would not display any declarations. It might be worth trying after hours, as it seems the site is not totally offline, just very glitchy.

Hi, I've also having problems with the Ufiling (again). When the system works, it's great, but yesterday it let me add employment info, but then won't show me the declarations page, submit or pay - absolutely bizarre! I did go on just after 4pm to try, when the error 404 page came on. It's ridiculous when you need the information to prove to another government department that you're actually contributing. Good luck everyone!
