    [Question] Time Keeping

A large company has several(17) different premises from which it conducts it's business. Only one of these premises (A) however uses a digital card scanning system to capture employee times, the rest of the locations(B) use time sheets to manually capture times.

    Question:

If employees from location "B" are asked to work at location "A" are they within their rights to force the employer to use manual time sheets even though there is a digital time keeping system? Employees from "B" claim unfairness because all other premises use time sheets.

How are they being unfairly prejudiced?

They are not being unfairly prejudiced as far as i am concerned, what i am really asking i suppose is if there is any chance that a ruling could possibly go the worker's way in a case like this?
It is obvious the reasoning for not wanting to use the card scanning system to capture hours though.
