Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act. Ammended.

Companies which make Covid vaccinations mandatory for their staff will have to compensate their workers should they suffer any adverse side-effects from the jab.

This has now been signed into law by the Compensation commissioner.

The law , however, places the full onus on the employee to prove that

    1. They were forced into taking the shot by their employer
    2. That any injury, illness or death was caused by them having taken the
    shot.

Some respected labour law attorneys have said the following:

Should you be pro choice and find yourself in a position where you are forced to take the jab, before doing so, first see your doctor and have a full medical done. Get your doctor to declare that you are healthy and that no signs of any disease or diseases are presently visible. Keep the original of such doctors report. Such a report will be of assistance in proving point 2 above should it be necessary.

    Peace out ... Derek

The onus is also on the employer to pay out if the employee contracts Covid in the workplace or due to the work enviroment , sites etc.
Again they would need to prove it.
The act allows for extensive consultation with anti vax employees .
It also places the onus on the employer , who employs more than 50, to report to the department .

Employers are presently taking the stance of dealing with each individual case and not forcing the employees to take the jab.

The regulations force employers to look at alternatives if the employee refuses to take the vax which could include working from home , work outside normal hours.

Employers that I have had discussions with have used the night shift option , keeping unvaxxed employees separate in the building/ offices from Vaxxed , not allowing contact with clients and co workers.

At the end of the day the math's will determine the direction - According to Discovery stats within their membership , 2,5 people per million have experienced adverse side effects from vaccine vs 2750 deaths from covid per million

"The employee must prove the illness or death was definitely caused by the required vaccine, labour lawyer advocate Alexia Vosloo-DeWitt said."

The above was quoted directly from the article linked.
You are correct. It will be difficult, if not impossible, for a dead person to prove what caused his/her death.

Maybe a coroner can be helpful.

I wonder whether this was taken into account by those who drew up and signed this ammendment into law ?

            Peace out .. Derek

Eish! That sounds worse than what apartheid was.

Question : How do you cater for clients that happen to be pro choice ? Are they also handled at a distance ?

              Peace out .. Derek

Your employer is acting unlawfully when he requires you to do a pcr test for Covid19. Please share to you co-employees and employers..

                Good rising all.

In the linked video, Schalk van der Merwe gives good, honest, legal advice to both employers and employees regarding mandatory injections and testing in the workplace.

As he says, it is important that both the employer and employee know the present laws regarding the above.

                Peace out .. Derek
