Hi Guys,
Can someone help me, i have an individual who is a client of mine. They were retrenched last year in July and they are an elderly person. Since last year i have been trying to register her on ufiling so that we can lodge her claim. I have failed tremendously and the reason being DOL recognizes her old surname and not her new surname, she got remarried. She is an elderly as i have mentioned so going to DOL is somewhat risky considering the factors (COVID). Is there a way i can update her surname with the DOL without her having to go there in person?
I have done several individual claims and i can say this one has proven challenging...
