[Question] Subsistence allowance

Is there any law regulation prescribed by labour law wrt subsistence allowances for employees ie is an employee legally entitled to a subsistance allowance when working away from home?

For the current collective agreement for the electrical contracting industry, subsistence allowances are dealt with in Part II, section 1.e (page 76 & 77 of the pdf).
