[Question] COMPENSATION FUND

Hello,

Please can someone assist me. I have four companies with the same director that are registered for COID, so I made an error when I was capturing one of the Injury on Duty claims and I captured it in the wrong company. Does anyone have an idea of how I can rectify this? At the moment calling DOL is of no use, no-one picks up the call. I appreciate any help I can get...

At the moment calling DOL is of no use, no-one picks up the call.

They do answer if you wait long enough. Perhaps that is sometimes, but I had to contact them last week and the phone was answered - eventually.

Just to say this has not been true for the past two weeks, unfortunately. I am up to three issues with the Compensation Fund now and they have proved entirely unresponsive - except to reject a registration on CompEasy for no reason other than to say "Rejected". (And it took three weeks for them to get to that).
